A Peek At My Story
For years, I numbed my pain with unhealthy habits, gaining 100 pounds and believing I’d never break free—until God picked me up and set me on a new path. I chased every fad diet, but true change came when I surrendered my health to Him. In 2016, a simple “yes” to a workout led me back to God, and I’ve since lost 90 pound. Now, through my 3-Month Biblical Weight Loss Framework, I help women break free from diet culture and step into God’s purpose. I live in northeast Indiana with my husband, Darrel, and our dog, Dory. I love gardening, reading, walking Dory, and enjoying life on the lake. Most of all, I have a deep passion for sharing all that God has done in my life. That nudge you feel?
