My Story
For years, I numbed my pain with drinking, smoking, and unhealthy relationships, stuck in shame and self-loathing. I gained 100 pounds and believed I’d never break free—until God picked me up and set me on a new path. I chased every fad diet, but nothing worked until I surrendered my health to Him.
In 2016, a friend invited me to work out, and that small yes led me back to God. I’ve since lost 90 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve found freedom in honoring my body as an act of worship. Now, through my 3-Month Biblical Weight Loss Framework, I help women break free from diet culture and step into God’s purpose. This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about obedience. God’s plan for you is greater than a number on the scale. That nudge you feel? That’s Him calling—are you ready to trust Him?
